Welcome back!

The extra fencing has come down at KidsTown. The restrooms are being cleaned and stocked with soap and the bins are going back around the park. As per Government easing of restrictions, you can come and visit KidsTown Adventure Playground once again!

The KidsTown Café has also now reopened, with social and physical distancing implemented as per State and Federal directions.

The Miniature Train and Community BBQs will remain closed for the time being.

The Toddlers Play Area is undergoing an exciting redevelopment and is currently closed to the public. We will continue to provide updates on all future changes and thank our community for their ongoing patience and understanding during this time.

Staying Safe with our Community

KidsTown Adventure Playground has re-opened to the public. However we must continue to adhere to the gathering and social distancing restrictions as set out by the Australian Government, to maintain the safety of all community members.

  • Most importantly, if you or your child are sick, you must stay home
  • Continue to maintain physical distancing of 1.5 metres
  • Gather in groups outside of no more than 10 people
  • Maintain good hygiene by washing hands before and after visiting the park, after using the restrooms and before preparing food, eating a meal or touching your face.

More information and updates on Government restrictions for sport and recreation can be found at the DHHS website.
